What is your process?

Our Certified Career Coach/CPRW will conduct a one-on-one telephone interview with you to gather the relevant information needed to design your resume.  This interview also includes a FREE career consult to discuss your specific career path.  Once the interview is completed, your resume will be written by one of our in-house CPRWs, submitted to our Editing Department, and delivered to you within 5-7 business days.  Rush service is available for a 25% fee.

Do you write federal resumes?

Yes, we do.  We have a dedicated writer (CPRW) on staff who specializes in the federal sector.

How long after the interview will I get my resume?

You will receive your resume within 5-7 days after interview is conducted for a traditional resume.

How can I make edits to my resume?

You can e-mail the edits to us using the following methods:

-Listing the revisions in a list format.

-Highlighting the revisions in red on the actual document.

-Using editing tool in Word.

Is there a time frame for making edits?

There is no formal time frame to complete edits, but we suggest you make your edits in a timely manner so you may start your job search.

Can I make as many edits as I want?

Yes, within a reasonable time frame.  We create and deliver the resume we feel will work best for you in your job search.  However, you are the final decision-maker on all edits.  Your resume needs to be perfect!

What is an ATS-compliant resume?

An ATS-compliant resume is a document that allows the Applicant Tracking System, or ATS for short, to easily scan the data contained within the resume.  This scanning software is used by  recruiters and employers to collect, sort, scan, and rank the resumes for their open positions.
